    After logging in, each user sees a home page specific to them. From there, the details of a ticket are just one click away.

  • Form Based Ticket Creation
    Tickets are created and assigned through an easy to use form based Web page. Tickets can be assigned to users and/or groups, given a priority and due date, and associated with any number of customers. Tickets can be tailored to your requirements with as many custom fields as you need. Unlike many Web applications that break when HTML or computer code is inserted, the e.memo system can handle any type of input.

  • Templates
    Templates are a way of predefining values for any field when creating a ticket. Private (usable only by the author) or public (usable by anyone) templates can be created by anyone. Templates make ticket creation faster, easier, and more accurate.

  • Powerful Search Engine
    Making information easy to find for the people who need it is what ememo is all about. A powerful search engine is available at the top of every page. There is also a link on every ticket to find similar tickets with just one click.

  • File Attachments
    Any number (or type) of files can be attached to a ticket, up to 16 MB each.

  • Pager
    Stay up to date with the status of your tickets by using the Pager. The Pager is a small window that will alert you each time a ticket is modified.

  • E-mail Alerts
    Users can determine which criteria and events should trigger an E-mail so they can stay on top of important issues.

  • Calendar
    The calendar can used to arrange meetings and other events with invitations being sent to all participants.
